Our Last Will & Testaments service helps you put your wishes in writing so your family is not left guessing later. We focus on the practical side: making sure your will is clearly signed, properly witnessed, and notarized when required, so it can stand up when it matters.

During your appointment, we verify identity, walk you through the signing order, and explain where witnesses fit in. You decide how assets are distributed, who cares for minor children, and any special instructions; we simply support the process and keep the paperwork organized.

If you need related documents, such as a power of attorney or advance directive, we can schedule those in the same visit to save you time. We are nonlawyers and do not draft documents or provide legal advice, so we recommend working with an attorney to prepare the will before we notarize it.
