Our Administering Oaths And Affirmations service is for moments when your word needs to be formally sworn, not just casually promised. We administer oaths and affirmations for affidavits, written statements, and other notarial acts that must be sworn under penalty of perjury.

You can meet us in-office, or request mobile service if coming to us is difficult. Mobile visits include a $10 notarial fee plus a $50 convenience fee, with a $50 deposit credited toward your total at booking. Each appointment is scheduled for up to 30 minutes so we have enough time to verify ID and ensure you understand what you are swearing to.

This service often pairs with our acknowledgements, affidavits, and contract notarizations when multiple documents need formal statements.
