Minor Consent

Our Minor Consent service helps parents and guardians quickly handle paperwork for children without confusion. We notarize forms for travel, school activities, sports, medical care, and other situations where written permission is required.

For mobile visits, the fee includes a $10 notarial charge plus a $40 convenience fee, with a $40 deposit collected at booking. Each appointment is scheduled for up to 30 minutes so there is time to review documents, verify IDs, and ensure the correct adult is signing.

This service works especially well for blended families, caregivers, and busy parents who cannot always rearrange their day to make it to an office. We bring a calm, clear process to moments that can feel stressful.
